  They made a few appearances here and there last year but seminal Dunedin band The Verlaines' have just announced they'll be heading out on a full nationwide tour next month kicking off in their hometown.

  In memory of Daniel Pilkinton, front man of an Auckland band Royal Falcon who were meant to be playing/organising this gig, but tragically he passed away just before Christmas.
  Would be choice to see you come and support the gig as it has been a bit of a shit storm trying to organise.
